Entry Registration 

         Mean Streets online entry allows you to use any type of credit card through Paypal.com.  Our online entry closes down four days before each event  because we will not be around a computer that close to the show. We will either be setting up at the Venue or enroute to the Venue to set up. SO ....PLEASE DO NOT use online entry within 4 days of the show because will not be able to confirm your entry.  Doing so could easily result in having to pay twice to get entered.

        Please fill out a separate form for each vehicle you are entering. If you are a Club or Shop with 10 or more entries  then find the proper price per entry you will be paying on the Club Entry discount prices listed below.
 
         Once on the Paypal site there will be several options on payment routes to take; but PLEASE use only the "send money to an email address" method !  You will want your payment to be sent our address at: vic-pal@msn.com.
 
        If you are using the discounted prices....make sure that you and these other vehicles arrive at the gate together so we can confirm the quantity discount you are recieving as you and your group arives at the gate. It is CRITICAL that you are all  counted together at the gate entry before you proceed in. Your discounted price MUST be confirmed before you enter the gate or you will lose your group discount and you will have to pay the difference before your group proceeds into the show area.  So please do what you can to ensure that your group gets to the entry gate at approximately the same time. This will also help to ensure your Club all gets placed together in the show area as well.... so it's a good thing! You can pay once for the whole Club, but we MUST HAVE an entry form for each one of your entries. So please fill one form out for every car or it could end up causing you to lose some of your discounted pricing.

       When filling out your form .... please take care to accurately give us your contact information- especially email- so that we can inform you of upcoming events. Allowing us to email you about upcomng events rather than mailing flyers allows us to keep our costs down and this, in turn, helps to keep our entry prices frozen low for you. With everything else going on this one sure way you can help us keep entry fees down! Thank you for your help with this and for showing your ride at Mean Streets Events! Peace!

 
Entry Fees ~
1-10 entries with1 armband each =$45.00
11-20 entries with 1 armband each = $40.00 each
21-30 entries with 1 armband each = $35.00 each
31 entries & up with 1 armband each=$30.00 each
 
Additional armbands are sold at half price {$10.00} and are limited to no more than three armbands. You may also purchase the additional armbands now with your pre-entry too.

 Pre - Entry for the Saturday/10/30/2010  Houston Halloween Show cuts off on Tuesday- 10/26/2010.
Entry Rules & Roll In ~
     All judges scores are final. All score sheets will removed from the show area before the awards begin and all scoring questions must be handled via email. Roll in and Set up times are always about 2 hours before the show opens to the public. 

 Club Incentives ~
     Club incentives such as being able to bring in food and drinks, or setting up tents, pools, or Bar-B-Que grills will vary from Venue to Venue, and show to show, but normally a Club will need to bring a minimum of ten  [10] entries before  Club incentives will begin to kick in. Please check each current event to find out the different Club incentives for each show. We will place Club incentives up in the either the "Current Event"  or "Upcomng Events" sections as they become available, and we negotiate with each Venue.

By entering this vehicle into Mean Streets car show you are agreeing to Mean Strees rules, standards, and regulations shown on this form, online, and on other regulatory documents and you also agree without reservation, restriction or exception to release Mean Streets LLC , its owners, the particular venue, and its employees from all liabilities, whether personal, property, or bodily/personal injuries or property damages and indemnify Mean Streets LLC and its employees  for all personal, business, or entered vehicle, property, or bodily damages, or loss, or theft, or any other damages, injuries, thefts, or losses to personal or business property and bodily injury as well that might occur as a result of you being entered or present  in this particular Mean Streets Car Show or one of our individualy managed events.
